Thor Motor Coach is hiring a Quality Inspector to join our team in Elkhart.

Job Responsibilities:

• Timely auditing and documenting of defects in product based on the line roll schedule
• Ensure all defects are repaired and that repairs are verified before each line roll
• Communicate to production employees common defects and work jointly on solutions
• Answer employee questions and help train
• Communicate to other inspectors regarding defects being found in their particular area of inspection
• Follow process
• Audit
• Cosmetic, roof and underbody inspections

• Ability to manage time effectively
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Attention to detail and quality
• Ability to communicate and coach employees in various areas
• Must be able to work in a fast paced environment
• Job requires constant movement including in and out of units multiple times per line roll
• Must have a flexible schedule
• Must be able to read prints
• Microsoft Office 
• RV quality / inspection experience 1+ years experience
• RVIA experience a plus
