Description:RiverTech is looking for a Key Personnel Coordinator and Lessons Learned Program Analyst to work at Shaw AFB, SC. Operational planning, program management and technical consulting expertise to support 9AF (AFCENT)/Force Protection (FP) activities that are designed to enhance and improve actual mission performance within the dynamic environment of United States Air Forces Central (USAFCENT) assigned Area of Responsibility (AOR). Services provided will improve effectiveness in the planning, training, exercising, executing and assessment of 9AF (AFCENT)’s mission responsibilities and maintenance of supporting infrastructures within a constantly changing political and military environment.

Responsibilities:- Analyze the Unit Manpower Document, Unit Manpower Requirements, personnel rosters, and Personnel Processing Code edits and submissions for position coordination and requirements.
- Coordinate training requirements identified for non-traditional Security Forces’ roles and responsibilities.
- Maintain and provide collection reports, trend analysis, and recommended correction course of actions for Security Forces specific action items. Advise Lessons Learned and After-Action Report staffing officer, Provisional Expeditionary Security Forces organizations, Air Force Security Forces Center (AFSFC), 9AF (AFCENT)/A9 and FP staff.
- Monitor Deployment Discrepancy Reporting Database and advise FP Director/Deputy Director on recommended corrective courses of action to mitigate recurring training and equipping discrepancies.
- Review Deployment Requirements Manning Documents and Security Forces Equipment Listings and Predeployment Training Tool to ensure training and equipping requirements are sufficient to deliver required capabilities.
- Develop reports, Executive Summaries, briefings to senior FP leadership as needed.
- Advise ACC, AFSFC, and HAF on matters of policy guidance and implementation.
- Assist FP Director/Deputy Director in managing and completing tasks within TMT.
- Three (3) years’ experience as an advisor for information protection, industrial security and personnel security issues, both CONUS and OCONUS.
- Three (3) years’ experience with Lessons Learned and After-Action Reports.
- U.S. Secret security clearance.
