Key Responsibilities

Employee Experience: Create and nurture initiatives that support employee well-being, strengthen community, and encourage collaboration across teams.

Workplace & Operations: Oversee the daily rhythm of our offices, from thoughtful space use to ensuring environments are safe, inclusive, and inviting.

Vendor & Service Partnerships: Partner with vendors who provide essential workplace services (e.g., cleaning, catering, maintenance, supplies), ensuring a high-quality and caring experience for employees.

Listening & Continuous Improvement: Build feedback channels to hear employee voices and translate insights into meaningful workplace improvements.

Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with HR, IT, and other partners to ensure the workplace experience seamlessly supports the needs of our people.

Qualifications and Competencies

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, Workplace/Facilities Management, or a related field.

Experience: 5+ years of experience in workplace experience, office operations, or employee engagement.
