Description

Kleen-Rite Corporation is seeking a driven Sales/Business Development Professional to grow our presence in the Express/Tunnel Car Wash sector. In this role, you’ll build and strengthen relationships with key accounts while driving sales of our Maintenance, Repair, and Operations (MRO) product lines. This is a high-impact position that blends major account development with a specialized focus on a critical growth category for Kleen-Rite. If you enjoy creating strategic partnerships, identifying new opportunities, and helping customers succeed, we want to hear from you!


What You’ll Do:


Drive Sales & Account Growth

  • Identify and close new business opportunities with major Express/Tunnel Car Wash accounts.
  • Build long-term, trusted partnerships with site managers, procurement leaders, executives, and owners.
  • Develop and execute strategic account plans to hit ambitious sales targets.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activity to uncover new opportunities.
  • Partner with Marketing, Sales, and Operations to deliver customer success
  • Maintain detailed account plans and accurate CRM pipeline reporting.

Lead Express/Tunnel & MRO Market Development

  • Position Kleen-Rite as THE reliable partner for MRO in the car wash sector.
  • Tailor selling strategies to each chain’s unique procurement model.
  • Address customer needs across parts, consumables, chemicals, and equipment.
  • Refine strategies with leadership to continually increase market penetration.
  • Provide leadership with clear forecasts, KPIs, and market insights.

Represent Kleen-Rite in the Industry

  • Attend key trade shows, conferences, and networking events.
  • Conduct client meetings, site visits, and distribution center tours.
  • Be the face of Kleen-Rite in this fast-evolving sector.

Requirements

What We’re Looking For:

  • Deep knowledge of the Express/Tunnel Car Wash industry and MRO procurement.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business/marketing or 5+ years in B2B sales, business development, or account management.
  • A strong track record of exceeding sales growth goals and expanding key accounts.
  • Experience leading sales teams and building cross-functional alignment.
  • CRM/Order Management expertise (NetSuite experience is a plus).
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
  • Strong analytical and time-management abilities.
  • Willingness to travel occasionally and attend industry events.

Compensation: Competitive salary based on experience, with uncapped commission and bonus structure directly tied to your results.
