Description
Kleen-Rite Corporation is seeking a driven Sales/Business Development Professional to grow our presence in the Express/Tunnel Car Wash sector. In this role, you’ll build and strengthen relationships with key accounts while driving sales of our Maintenance, Repair, and Operations (MRO) product lines. This is a high-impact position that blends major account development with a specialized focus on a critical growth category for Kleen-Rite. What You’ll Do:
Drive Sales & Account Growth
- Identify and close new business opportunities with major Express/Tunnel Car Wash accounts.
- Build long-term, trusted partnerships with site managers, procurement leaders, executives, and owners.
- Develop and execute strategic account plans to hit ambitious sales targets.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to uncover new opportunities.
- Partner with Marketing, Sales, and Operations to deliver customer success
- Maintain detailed account plans and accurate CRM pipeline reporting.
Lead Express/Tunnel & MRO Market Development
- Position Kleen-Rite as THE reliable partner for MRO in the car wash sector.
- Tailor selling strategies to each chain’s unique procurement model.
- Address customer needs across parts, consumables, chemicals, and equipment.
- Refine strategies with leadership to continually increase market penetration.
- Provide leadership with clear forecasts, KPIs, and market insights.
Represent Kleen-Rite in the Industry
- Attend key trade shows, conferences, and networking events.
- Conduct client meetings, site visits, and distribution center tours.
- Be the face of Kleen-Rite in this fast-evolving sector.
Requirements
What We’re Looking For:
- Deep knowledge of the Express/Tunnel Car Wash industry and MRO procurement.
- Bachelor’s degree in business/marketing or 5+ years in B2B sales, business development, or account management.
- A strong track record of exceeding sales growth goals and expanding key accounts.
- Experience leading sales teams and building cross-functional alignment.
- CRM/Order Management expertise (NetSuite experience is a plus).
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
- Strong analytical and time-management abilities.
- Willingness to travel occasionally and attend industry events.
