We’re looking for a Help Desk Technician who enjoys helping people, solving problems, and keeping technology running smoothly. In this role, you’ll be the first point of contact when staff need IT support — whether it’s logging in, connecting to Wi-Fi, or resolving software issues.

What You’ll Do

  • Respond to IT requests by phone, email, or ticketing system
  • Troubleshoot common hardware, software, and connectivity issues
  • Escalate complex problems to other IT team members when needed
  • Document support requests and solutions to build our knowledge base
  • Set up computers and accounts for new employees and help them get started
  • Provide friendly, patient guidance to staff who may not be tech-savvy

 

What We’re Looking For

  • Associate degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field OR 2+ years of IT support experience
  • Familiarity with Windows operating systems and Microsoft 365
  • Basic troubleshooting skills for hardware, software, and networks
  • Excellent communication skills and a customer-service mindset
  • Ability to stay calm, professional, and helpful under pressure

 

Work Location & Schedule

  • Hybrid: 3 days in the office / 2 days remote each week.
  • Rotating on-call duty: one week per month.
