- Proven experience in a customer service role or similar position.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
- Proficiency in using computer systems and customer service software applications.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
