ROLE

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Manage and nurture online communities across various social media channels, ensuring a positive and engaging experience for our audience.
  • Adapt and localize global content to resonate with the Belgian market, paying special attention to language nuances in French and English.
  • Schedule and publish content on different social media platforms, maintaining consistency with the brand's tone of voice.
  • Act as the conversation moderator, actively monitoring, analyzing, and encouraging discussions on your platforms.
  • Report to the client with an overview of the communication stream and reactions.
  • Collaborate with team members to plan and execute social media campaigns.
  • Stay updated on social media trends, features, and best practices for maximum reach.

 

  PROFILE

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in French & English. Dutch is a plus.
  • 2+ years of experience in community management, marketing, advertising, and communications.
  • Detail-oriented and quality-focused, with a sharp eye for grammar, spelling, and content accuracy.
  • Creative thinker with a passion for storytelling and creating compelling social media content.
  • Collaborative team player who can work closely with cross-functional teams.
  • Familiarity with different brand voices and the ability to adapt global brand voices to suit different markets' preferences.
  • Have a deep knowledge of digital and social media technologies.
  • Proficiency in utilizing modern software tools, including Microsoft 365 and Adobe Creative Suite, with a particular emphasis on Photoshop.
