Job description
Business Analyst: • Serves as a primary liaison and facilitates working sessions between internal and/or external customers and Information Technology Teams (IT), to define of business requirements for systems fixes and enhancements of mid to high-tier complexity needed to meet customer and operation objectives. • Ability to learn and perform configurations for Maven Product is a must • Capability to provide product trainings to client preferred • Good communication and excellent client facing skills. • Good analytical & logical reasoning skills • Collects data from internal and external customers relating to mid to high-level complexity systems and reporting issues impacting service delivery. • Writes detailed business functional requirements(Either as Agile user stories or RSD) documents of the operational and/or system changes, ensuring requirements and proposed solutions meet business/customer needs. • Analyzes, recommends and implements requirements changes or improvements to service levels, production, policies and procedures, user-based systems and problem resolution. • Mentors less experienced peers with needs analysis, project specifications, and solutions development of an internal/external customer's business challenges • Prior knowledge with SQL preferred • Prior Knowledge with Object Oriented Programming preferred • Seasoned in Agile and waterfall practices |
