About the team you are joining

The IATA Customer Experience (CX) team provides support to a wide rangeof members and/or customers across the full air transport aviation value chain.
The Customer Experience team is responsible for the strategic design anddelivery of the key experience pillars providing value to our customers.
The CX Communication Hub is responsiblefor the strategic management of all customer communications across products andservices.

We are looking for a self-motivated, highly independent, andtalented Communications Analyst to work at the IATA CX Communication Hub.

What your day would be like

Produce high-quality content and communications that engage customers and build IATA brand recognition;

Consolidate the IATA CSC Communications’ Calendar, gathering communication requirements from different stakeholders across the IATA organization;

Develop the necessary communication assets (i.e., communications, step-by-step guides, brochures, banners, videos, etc.) for our customer’s / user’s online and offline touchpoints;

Participate in the communication re-design elements for other operational activities;

Manage the day-to-day communication operations in accordance with the mass communication SOP.


We would love to hear from you if you have

Excellent communication, with brilliant written, visual design and organizational skills;

Work experience in a similar role;

Management of HTML emails auto-responder tools (Pardot, Active Campaign, Mailchimp, etc.);

Outstanding written and verbal communication skills;

Ability to build collaborative relationships with multiple and diverse stakeholders, both internal and external;

Ability to perform under pressure and within variable working hours and schedules;

Management of editing software for videos and other of audio-visual materials, including videos, images, illustrations, etc.;

Fluency in English; knowledge of other languages would be an asset.
