Facilities Technician
Kalahari Resorts & Conventions is seeking a Facilities Technician. In this role, you will be responsible for performing skilled repairs to the fixtures, furniture, and equipment in the sleeping rooms of the resort and condominiums to always maintain the best possible conditions with the least amount of inconvenience to guests and associates.

Your work will ensure a well-maintained, safe, and inviting environment that supports both exceptional guest experiences and associate well-being.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure that all guests feel welcome and are given responsive, friendly and courteous service at all times.
- Maintain and repair resort and condominium rooms, including electrical, plumbing, furniture, drywall, painting, pools, and electronic systems.
- Understand completely all policies, procedures, standards, specifications, guidelines, safety and training programs of Kalahari Resorts.
- Ensure that all equipment is kept clean and in excellent working condition through personal inspection and by following the manufacturer’s preventative maintenance programs.
What We’re Looking For
- One year experience in carpentry, painting, electrical, and appliance repair required.
- Trade School and/or College course work in related fields are helpful.
- Previous hospitality or related experience helpful.
- Ability to be self-motivated, administrative and proactive preventative maintenance skills needed.
