What you’ll do:

The Dealer Loan Servicing Team Lead supports the operational servicing functions for all dealer loans by providing effective and efficient service to lending clients and branch associates. The Dealer Loan Servicing Team Lead will also assist with development of processes and procedures as well as the training of new associates. Provides day-to-day direction and guidance in completing the daily dealer loan servicing functions including payoffs, payments, advances, outgoing wires and loan maintenance. 

  • Manage workflow of team and help with workload as needed.
  • Oversees day to day team tasks to ensure established turnaround times are being met.
  • Identifies and implements process improvements and system flows to ensure work is accurate and efficiently handled to minimize errors.
  • Lead team in problem solving for complex issues and/or in developing new policies with supporting procedures.
  • Leads dealer loan servicing processes, including updating and implementing new processes and procedures and establishing structure related to the loan process in accordance with various regulations.
  • Assists in the training of new associates, as well as assisting existing associates with questions regarding the dealer loan servicing process.
  • Perform annual performance reviews and establish individual performance goals for direct report(s).

Qualifications:

  • 3-5 years’ experience operational servicing functions for dealer loans
  • Thorough knowledge and understanding of the dealer floorplan and servicing process.
  • High School Diploma
  • Advanced Computer Skills

Compensation:

The estimated annual salary range for this role is $59,000-$77,000 along with eligibility to earn an annual bonus. Actual pay rate may vary based on several factors, such as a candidate’s qualifications, skills, and experience.
