We are a solid, stable team looking for an experienced dual role Dental Assistant/Receptionist as we prepare for a significant growth with a new dentist joining our team and an increase in patient numbers. You can find out more about our practice .  The Opportunity:We have a versatile, exciting and rewarding opportunity at our Elsternwick practice available for a experienced Dental Assistant / Receptionist seeking full time work: Modern dental practice with 3 chairs running a wide range of dental treatmentsConvenient Location – Tram stop in front of clinic and Train station within 10 min walk! Friendly, fun, supportive and dedicated teamMaintain our amazing customer and team culture - providing continued excellent customer service to our patientsPrepare patients & facilities for dental treatmentDeliver quality chairside assistance to our DentistsTreatment coordination Provide instrument sterilisationMaintain infection control standards and proceduresMeet and greet patients, providing a great first impressionBook and amend appointments, answering the phone, updating patient recordsMaking patients aware of dental services and offersHandling paymentsAccessing sensitive information whilst maintaining patient confidentialityHigh-end patient care; building & maintaining relationships with all clients in a friendly & warm manner You'll be:Ideally 2+ years’ experience working in a similar role (preferably as a Dental Assistant)Certificate III or IV in Dental Assisting highly regarded but not necessary/You're a motivated self-starter, this is a fast paced and dynamic roleExceptional communication and interpersonal skillsPassionate about customer service and patient careOrganised with attention to detailAbility to build rapport with patients, in a cheerful, light-hearted manner Apply now, we'll be interviewing as soon as applications are received!
