Event Promotions Assistant – Entry Level chez MS Incorporated

We are immediately hiring an Entry-Level Event Promotions Assistant to join our fast-growing marketing and fundraising team. This role is perfect for energetic, outgoing individuals who enjoy working with people and want to gain hands-on experience in event marketing, promotions, and customer service.

As an Event Promotions Assistant, you’ll help represent leading nonprofit partners, engage with the public at events, and support campaigns that make a real community impact. No experience is required—we provide full training and mentorship.

Responsibilities

• Assist with event setup, displays, and promotional materials

• Provide friendly, professional support at community and retail-based events

• Promote nonprofit campaigns and inspire donor participation through face-to-face conversations

• Track results and contribute to team promotional and fundraising goals

• Work collaboratively in a fun, fast-paced, team environment

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Outgoing, enthusiastic, and customer-focused attitude

• Dependable, adaptable, and eager to learn

• Full-time availability, including some weekends

• Previous customer service or event experience is a plus, but not required
