JOB SUMMARY
The Benton County Health Department is seeking a Bilingual Client Services Representative to join the team. This position supports the various programs of Benton County Health by providing excellent, courteous, positive customer service to a widely diverse community/client base externally and internally by phone and in person. The environment is fast paced and ever changing. This position is required to cover at various locations throughout the Benton Health Service system.
Please Note:
- This is a Bilingual Spanish/ English position and offers a Bilingual Differential of a base salary plus an additional 5%, upon successful completion of required language testing.

- Annual salary range of:
- Administrative Assistant 3 (AA13): $42,349 - $57,312
- This position is eligible for up to two salary raises within your first year. Increases may be given at the end of the 6-month probationary period, depending on starting salary, and at the 1-year anniversary, as long as your performance is in good standing! Increases are given until the maximum of the salary range is reached.

The following minimum qualifications are required for this position:
- Administrative Assistant 3 (AA13)
- High school diploma or GED; AND
- 3 years of administrative support, general office or customer service experience. Preferably in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
Special Requirements
- This position is Bilingual and requires duties to be done in both English and Spanish. Successful completion of language testing is required.
- Valid Oregon driver's license or ability to obtain upon hire. This position requires driving and may require use of a personal vehicle.
- Hiring is contingent upon the successful completion of a background check.
- Office experience in a confidential environment.

- Enjoys working as part of a team
- CPR Certified
- Good working knowledge of HIPAA requirements.
- Proficient data entry skills including, but not limited to, intermediate use of Microsoft Office Suite including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
