The Role
This role is for a Creative Consultant, based in New York, US. The Creative Consultant is responsible for providing valuable input across our key client relationships across a number of areas including creative agency management, creative agency selection, creative technology & measurement.
The role itself will involve a range of activities including:
Client management
- Provide senior level account leadership, ensuring that relationships with our key client stakeholders is developed and nurtured
- Have oversight of all aspects of the client relationship, ensuring it is appropriately managed, developed and that requirements are met and anticipated
- Identifying opportunities to deepen customer relationships and offer added value services
- Project delivery and team management
- Advise clients and lead delivery of projects, bringing strong knowledge of their business, organization, and specific requirements
- Prepare insightful and relevant reports and presentations, with input and approval from business/client lead, and present the information to clients
- Work with the client lead to manage the team servicing the client and coordinate resource across the project(s) to ensure delivering high quality outputs
- Ensure agency relationships are smooth and efficient, and interactions are documented and actioned
- Ensure that work is delivered as efficiently as possible and any project gaps or impediments are addressed, suggest improvements to ways of working as needed
Process management
- Ensure robust account management processes and procedures are maintained, such that all client assignments are delivered on budget and on time.
- Ensure all internal reporting processes are completed, particularly in relation to contracts and financial controls.
- Identify, anticipate and resolve issues arising relating client deliverables, retention and development opportunities, as well as profitability.
- Ensure agency and other third-party relationships are appropriately managed.

- Ability to manage people (up and down, internal and external), comfortable working with senior leaders
Communication - Strong communicator (oral and written), able to simplify the complex and drive people toward action, adept at dealing with ambiguity

- Demonstrates natural business acumen and a curiosity for client challenges, able to draw conclusions and make recommendations with conviction
Negotiation Skills
- Thoughtful and measured approach to negotiation, able to balance and incorporate multiple variables in arriving at the desired outcome
The Candidate
The ideal candidate will have the following:
- Experience working in client-side, agency, or consulting roles with strong knowledge of the marketing, creative and agency industries
- 5-10 years experience
- A self-starter who is motivated to join a growing company and prepared to actively participate in driving that growth.

This is a full-time position based in our New York office
Competitive Salary $115,000 - $135,000 Per Year
