Position Summary

Reporting to the Talent Acquisition Lead, NA and based 100% on-site at 70 Commerce Center, Greenville, SC 29615, this role provides end-to-end recruitment and selection services while proactively building pipelines for future staffing needs. You will partner closely with hiring managers and HR Business Partners to source, assess, and hire high-quality talent; oversee the full recruitment lifecycle from intake to offer and placement; and uphold excellent relationships with candidates, hiring teams, and the broader community. The role also supports initiatives to digitize and streamline our talent acquisition process and strengthens the company’s employer brand across multiple markets and professional communities.
 

Responsibilities

  • Manage the full-cycle recruitment process from requisition approvals to offer stage; including creation of job postings, sourcing candidates, pre-screening, behavioral based interviews, coordinating interviews, reference checks and offers of employment
  • Build and promote the employer brand; contribute recruitment content/campaigns across LinkedIn, job boards, and community channels.
  • Support recruitment for both U.S. and Canada roles across multiple sites/business units; coordinate across time zones and partner with local HR for jurisdiction-specific needs.
  • Maintain a strong candidate experience with timely updates and concise candidate summaries for hiring managers.
  • Ensure all roles follow the requisition/approval workflow before extending offers.
  • Proactively source and pipeline talent for current and future needs using referrals, social media, job boards, community resources, and select third-party recruiters.
  • Manage, sort, and categorize incoming applications/resumes from the company website and other channels.
  • Partner closely with hiring managers and HRBPs to clarify requirements, align on selection criteria, and craft role-specific recruitment strategies.
  • Educate and coach managers on structured, job-related interviewing and compliant questioning.
  • Plan and execute campus/community recruiting (universities, colleges, CTE/vocational schools, workforce boards, veteran and community groups) in relevant regions
  • Support apprenticeship/pre-apprenticeship initiatives to strengthen succession pipelines.
  • Drive a digitized, ATS-enabled hiring process, keeping requisitions, candidate records, and stage progress current and accurate. (Experience with ADP Workforce Now is an asset.) 
  • Track and analyse recruiting metrics (time-to-fill, source effectiveness, funnel conversion, candidate experience); recommend improvements.
  • Conduct new-hire surveys/focus groups and partner with sites to enhance onboarding and day-one readiness.
  • Support staffing ramp-ups for start-up plants and integrations for newly acquired companies to meet headcount and timeline targets.
  • Build and maintain internal/external talent networks; share and implement recruiting best practices, resources, and tools.
  • Hold weekly status updates with hiring managers/HRBPs on open roles and pipeline progress.
  • Maintain working knowledge of site safety policies; support adherence to relevant quality standards as they intersect with recruiting and onboarding.
  • Stay current on industry trends and employment laws; ensure recruitment activities comply with applicable U.S and Canadian requirements.
  • Perform additional duties and projects as assigned.

 

Mindset, Skills & Education

  • Post-secondary education in human resources, Business, Communications, Psychology, or a related field preferred; Associate degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience considered.
  • Professional certifications (asset/nice to have): SHRM-CP (or PHR)
  • Proven experience recruiting sales professionals; exposure to industrial/manufacturing environments is an asset.
  • 1–3+ years in a recruiter or closely related talent acquisition role with demonstrated success.
  • Proven ability to build strong, trusting relationships and professional networks with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Active user of electronic job boards, professional networks, and social media for sourcing.
  • ATS proficiency; working knowledge of ADP Workforce Now (ATS module) asset.
  • Strong knowledge of full-cycle recruitment best practices, including sourcing research, behavioral interviewing, and selection.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication with hiring managers, candidates, and cross-functional partners.
  • Solid negotiation skills for offers and salary discussions.
  • High attention to detail; able to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Strong organizational and administrative skills; able to handle confidential information appropriately.
  • Solid working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
  • Eligible to work in United States.
