We’re looking for an Inventory Control Coordinator to take ownership of warehouse inventory integrity—leading daily cycle counts, managing transfers, and enforcing control procedures. You’ll also play a key role in training and supporting associates, ensuring smooth operations and reliable results across the team.

What You Do

• Maintains all product bin locations along with inventory located at Corporate or Montevallo facilities
• Performs daily adjustments to maintain accuracy
• Performs cycle counts
• Performs regular and quarterly analysis of all inventory 
• Assists during bank inventory audits and annual warehouse inventory.
• Assist Distribution Associates locate product when needed
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Always follow all safety rules and regulations.
• Research inventory discrepancies and submit accurate inventory and bin location reports
• Other duties as assigned

 What You Bring

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• One to two years of experience in distribution/supply chain environment preferred
• Ability to lift and move up to 75 pounds
• Ability to squat, sit, stand, walk, and reach daily 
• Experience using equipment including but not limited to forklift, hand truck, order picker, pallet jack, and electric jack required
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Demonstrated ability with analytical thinking and problem-solving, in a fast-paced environment
• Experience with desktop and software including, Microsoft Outlook and Excel required
• Good attendance and demonstrated work ethic required.
• Valid driver's license
