What You’ll Do
Lead daily store operations and support management
Coach and motivate team members
Keep products stocked and merchandised
Deliver outstanding customer service
What We’re Looking For
2+ years of retail or customer service experience (supervisory a plus)
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 60 lbs.
Flexible to work days, nights, weekends, and holidays
Positive, team-first attitude
