As our company continues to grow, we're seeking a high-level Director of Field Marketing to lead the charge in generating local brand visibility and driving customer acquisition.
Position Summary:
The Director of Field Marketing will lead our door-to-door sales force, driving our most direct and impactful customer acquisition strategy. This role is responsible for recruiting, training, and managing a high-performance team of field marketing representatives who engage homeowners face-to-face to generate qualified leads. You’ll set the vision, establish performance standards, and create systems for accountability. In addition to managing day-to-day team operations, you’ll work closely with sales and executive leadership to ensure field activity aligns with broader revenue and growth goals.
What You’ll Do:
Build and execute a winning door-to-door marketing strategy focused on lead generation and brand awareness.
Recruit, develop, and manage a team of field marketers—creating a performance-driven culture of professionalism, energy, and results.
Provide hands-on coaching in the field and ensure reps are fully trained on brand messaging and homeowner engagement.
Align closely with the sales team to ensure qualified leads flow effectively into our appointment pipeline.
Organize and support community outreach events, home shows, and local marketing opportunities to boost visibility.
Set and track KPIs for individual and team performance, regularly reporting progress to executive leadership.
Manage the field marketing budget to ensure efficient use of resources and maximize ROI.
Collaborate with internal marketing to create sales tools, event materials, and territory-specific campaigns.
Analyze market trends and local performance data to refine strategies and identify new growth opportunities.
Serve as a brand ambassador within the community and help build long-term relationships in our target neighborhoods.
What We’re Looking For:
4+ years of experience in marketing, field sales, or territory management—preferably in home remodeling, solar, roofing, or similar in-home services.
Strong leadership and coaching skills with a track record of managing door-to-door or face-to-face sales teams.
Results-driven mindset with the ability to inspire and hold a team accountable.
Excellent interpersonal communication and organizational skills.
A passion for building community connections and influencing local markets.
Analytical mindset with the ability to use data to drive decisions.
Proficiency with CRM systems and marketing software tools.
Willingness to travel locally as needed for team visits, events, and on-site support.
