AAA, Inc. is seeking a Technical Business Analyst to support our Travel Technology team in bridging the gap between the business needs and technology solutions. This role is ideal for someone who loves solving complex problems, refining processes, and developing digital systems that enhance the travel experience for our current and future members, making it accessible and easier.
What You'll Do
- Partner with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document requirements through interviews, workshops, and workflow analysis.
- Translate business needs into precise functional specifications and technical designs.
- Evaluate current processes, identify inefficiencies, and recommend improvements to increase productivity and reduce costs.
- Collaborate with technology and development teams to design and implement travel technology solutions.
- Participate in solution validation, testing, and user acceptance (UAT).
- Maintain key documentation (requirements, process flows, user guides, and training materials).
- Support end-user training and onboarding for new systems.
- Ensure all solutions meet compliance, internal standards, and industry regulations.
What You Bring
- 3–5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, ideally in travel technology or digital systems.
- Knowledge of SDLC, system architecture, data modeling, databases, APIs, and cloud technologies.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to turn complex analysis into workable solutions.
- Excellent communication skills; comfortable engaging both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Proficiency with Excel, SQL, Power BI, and Tableau.
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum and business process modeling.
- A bachelor's degree in business administration, Information Systems, or a related field.

Hiring Range: $72,500 - $85,000
This position is also eligible for participation in AAA, Inc.'s Annual Incentive Plan.
