Join a passionate team committed to delivering exceptional support to older Australians and people with disabilities. As the Clinical Customer Care Manager, you’ll lead and mentor the Customer Care team, ensuring high-quality, person-centred services are delivered in line with NDIS standards.

Embedding clinical best practices across the team and supporting ongoing professional development.
Developing tailored support plans through in-depth assessments that meet each customer's unique needs.
Ensuring services meet NDIS Quality & Safeguards Commission standards and compliance requirements.
Driving continuous improvement through data insights, feedback, and process enhancements.
Supporting business growth by contributing to service innovation and strategic goals.
What You’ll Bring to the Role:
- Solid understanding of the Home Care environment or other health-related services.
- Experience in a customer-focused service business. Confidence in engaging stakeholders and building external partnerships.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating as part of a broader team. Event or marketing experience (e.g. attending expos or community events) is a plus.
Qualifications:
Current APHRA registration with no conditions • Diploma of Nursing
