LPN - Infectious Disease - Crum-Cianflone chez Avita Health System

Assesses, plans and implements the nursing care of patients within the physician clinic with the supervision of the physician or Allied Health Provider (CNP/PA). Participates in patient and family teaching. Maintains role as patient advocate with a focus on the facility’s mission. Provides coordination to the clinical staff as to patient flow and clinical operations as directed by the physician.

Shift information: M-F 7:30a-4:00p (Monday, Thursday, Friday- Galion. Tuesday- Bucyrus. Wednesday-Ontario)
