About your role
The SPP Summer Internship Program is a fantastic opportunity for undergraduate students who are interested in exploring a career in management consulting. Over five weeks, you’ll gain hands-on experience in management consulting and develop skills through formal training and on-the-job coaching. You’ll work closely with our consultants to deliver structured solutions to complex business problems and gain exposure to our industries, clients, and methodologies.

The five-week program runs from Jan 19th to Feb 20th, 2026.
What we look for in our interns
- A natural problem-solver looking to instigate change and make an impact.
- Passionate about delivering high-quality work, honing your analytical and critical thinking skills.
- A strong communicator and team player who can impart knowledge succinctly.
- You will need to demonstrate the application of structured thinking to problem-solving throughout the interview process, leveraging qualitative and quantitative evidence.
What qualifications and experience you will need
- Current undergraduate student completing their final year of study in 2026 with a view to commencing full-time work in 2026 or early 2027.
