Job Description:

Be responsible for managing the Reception activities, ensuring the quality of the hospitality experience before, during, and after the guest's stay, in a personalized manner, contributing to generating and maintaining their loyalty, and strengthening the relationship with  Accor.

Qualifications:

 

  • Knowledge of luxury hotel products and services

  • Proficiency in Opera software

  • In-depth knowledge of front desk procedures

  • Completed higher education in Hospitality, Tourism, Business Administration, or a related field

  • Fluent in English and French

  • 3 to 4 years of experience in charge of the Reception department in 5-star hotels.
