OVERALL ROLE PURPOSE


We are seeking a dynamic Affiliate & VIP Acquisition Manager to join our Private team. This unique hybrid role combines elements of affiliate marketing, partnerships, and VIP customer acquisition. You will play a key role in expanding Wirex’s network of high-value clients by developing relationships with affiliates, agents, and partners across industries where crypto has strong relevance.


The successful candidate will be entrepreneurial, results-driven, and highly flexible, capable of building a customer pipeline through affiliate networks while simultaneously nurturing long-term relationships with high-net-worth individuals (HNWI).

We are a remote-first employer. To support collaboration, we’re ideally looking for candidates based within 2 hours of UK time (GMT/BST).


MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE ROLE


Affiliate Development & Management

  • Identify, recruit, and onboard affiliates, agents, and partners to drive new customer acquisition.
  • Manage day-to-day affiliate relationships, negotiating commercial terms and optimizing performance.
  • Monitor affiliate activity, analyze campaign performance, and provide recommendations for growth.


VIP Acquisition & Relationship Management

  • Proactively identify and acquire high-net-worth individuals who can benefit from Wirex’s Private offering.
  • Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with VIP clients, acting as their primary point of contact.
  • Deliver a premium customer experience to ensure long-term engagement and loyalty.


Market Expansion & Strategy

  • Develop and execute acquisition strategies across crypto-related verticals (trading, investment, fintech, lifestyle, gaming, etc.).
  • Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to tailor acquisition initiatives to specific audiences.
  • Provide insights on market trends, competitor activity, and partnership opportunities.


Reporting & Optimization

  • Track, analyze, and report on acquisition performance against KPIs.
  • Optimize campaigns and partnerships to maximize ROI.


EXPERIENCE/SKILLS REQUIRED

  • Proven experience in affiliate management, VIP account management, or customer acquisition roles, ideally within fintech, crypto, or iGaming.
  • Strong understanding of affiliate networks, online marketing, and customer acquisition channels.
  • Ability to build and manage relationships with high-net-worth clients and business partners.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work independently and drive results.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Flexibility to work across different markets, time zones, and cultural contexts.
  • Passion for crypto, fintech, and innovation in financial services.
