Role Overview
The Digital Coordinator is responsible for accurate, on-brand product creation and day-to-day site updates on the Stoney Clover Lane eCommerce website. This role ensures clean data, smooth launches, and a best-in-class shopping experience through meticulous execution, QA, and cross-functional coordination.
Key Responsibilities
- Product setup & ownership: Build and maintain Shopify product listings (variants, pricing, swatches, personalization/customization), ensuring images, descriptions, and attributes are accurate, complete, and on-brand.
- Content updates: Partner with the eCommerce Manager to refresh PDP content for education, promos, and marketing initiatives; support homepage, collection merchandising, and seasonal edits.
- Quality assurance: Execute launch checklists; proactively identify gaps; QA front-end and back-end functionality before and after release.
- Asset management: Upload and manage digital assets; partner with the Photo team to ensure color accuracy across all eCom imagery.
- Copywriting: Draft and optimize PDP copy aligned with brand voice and product details.
- Inventory hygiene: Monitor stock status, categorization, tags, and metadata to keep selection accurate and shoppable.
- Customer experience support: Collaborate with Customer Support to resolve site, order-status, and functionality questions quickly and accurately.
- Analytics & insights: Track site metrics to spot issues/opportunities; make data-informed recommendations to improve conversion, performance, and customer satisfaction.
- Vendor coordination: Manage day-to-day with key third-party partners (e.g., reviews platform) to maximize value and uptime.
- Documentation: Maintain clear SOPs, update logs, and process docs for repeatable, high-quality site operations.
- Market awareness: Stay current on eCommerce best practices, tools, and trends; suggest pragmatic improvements.
Preferred
- Experience with Shopify (product setup, metafields, collections).
- Familiarity with GA4/analytics dashboards for basic reporting.
- Basic HTML/CSS knowledge for content tweaks.
- Experience with product reviews platforms and digital asset management tools.
Required Experience & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- 0–3 years of experience in eCommerce, digital merchandising, or a related field.
- Proficient in Excel/Google Sheets (sorting, lookups, basic formulas).
- Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally and meet deadlines.
- Extreme attention to detail, strong organization, and the ability to work independently.
- Comfortable multitasking in a fast-paced environment; strong problem-solving skills.

- Salary 70k-85k depending on experience
