  • Maintain accurate diary, travel plans, and communication records
  • Visit our head office in Farnborough, Hampshire, when required
  • Support other teams with occasional lesson delivery or agreed ad-hoc tasks

What We’re Looking For

  • A strong musician who can sing and confidently play 2 out of the following instruments: keyboard, guitar, or drums
  • Confident performer with the ability to engage large groups of children and adults
  • Sales-driven mindset with experience in business development, sales, or target-focused roles
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Highly organised with strong diary and administration management
  • Energetic, proactive, and motivated to achieve and exceed sales goals
  • Passionate about music, education, and making a difference to children’s lives
  • Full, clean UK driving licence

What We Offer

  • Full-time, permanent role working during school hours (Monday–Friday)
  • £27,000 base salary + commission (OTE £31,500+)
  • 11 weeks of paid school holidays each year, plus bank holidays
  • Company car and fuel card
  • Health and wellbeing package, including online GP appointments
  • Professional development and CPD opportunities throughout the year
  • Regular team events, including our annual company conference
  • Employee recognition and referral schemes
