Our Newest Opportunity: 

This role assesses clients' financial needs, offers customized advice, and combines client interaction with financial analysis and sales strategy. Responsibilities include supporting business development through education sessions, events, campaigns, prospecting, and

proposals. Expertise in financial planning, investments, and retirement solutions helps maintain strong client relationships via referrals, workshops, and meetings, focusing on comprehensive wealth management and excellent service.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities (include but are not limited to):

  • Develop and Manage Client Relationships:

    · Earn clients' trust by assessing their financial needs, goals, and risk tolerance.

    · Create and deliver tailored financial plans with team collaboration.

    · Providing excellent client service with consistent communication.

    · Conduct regular meetings with clients to assess progress and confirm that investments align with changing requirements.

  • Wealth Management Expertise:

    · Advise clients on wealth management, asset allocation, investments, and estate planning.

    · Support clients with complex financial and retirement planning needs.

    · Remain knowledgeable about optimal investment solutions to recommend to clients.

  • Prospect Development and Business Growth:

    · Generate leads using OneDigital’s Workplace to Wealth strategy, educational events, networking, and referrals.

    · Provide group and individual employee education sessions, both onsite and virtually, for retirement plan client employees. These sessions are customized based on plan rules, recordkeeper procedures, and organizational objectives to generate qualified Workplace to Wealth leads as a primary source of business development.

    · Turn leads into wealth management clients by moving them efficiently through the

    sales process.

    · Work with the service team on client onboarding and ongoing service processes.

    · Assist with business development by participating in events, campaigns, and meetings with potential clients.

    · Record client interactions and lead generation activities in the CRM system.

    · Generate revenue through successful sales activities.

Qualifications, Skills and Requirements:

  • Proven track record of exceeding sales goals.
  • Knowledge of financial planning principles, investment strategies, and applicable regulations.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Capable of working and making decisions independently.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
  • Demonstrated discipline maintaining sales pipeline and client information in a CRM, Salesforce preferred.
  • Experience with financial planning software.
  • Ability to adapt to a rapidly changing business and technology environment.
  • Demonstrates a willingness to learn and adapt to new solutions, and interprets the effects of new laws for prospective clients
  • Regular and predictable attendance is required.
  • Up to 35% travel for business.
  • Requires a license for IAR registration with OneDigital Investment Advisors

Education, Training and Experience:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Finance, or a closely related discipline is

  • preferred; alternatively, substantial experience in wealth advisor sales will be

    considered relevant.

  • A valid and relevant securities license is required.
  • A minimum of two years of experience in financial advisory is required
  • Prefer 2–5 years of relevant sales experience

Your base pay is dependent upon your skills, education, qualifications, professional experience, and location. In addition to base pay, some roles are eligible for variable compensation, commission, and/or annual bonus based on your individual performance and/or the company’s performance. We also offer eligible employees health, wellbeing, retirement, and other financial benefits, paid time off, overtime pay for non-exempt employees, and robust learning and development programs.
