Job Description

The Position

Organon is seeking a Team Product Owner for its Field Engagement product area, who will lead product development and support operations teams for US market. This position is essential for ensuring operational efficiency and effective coordination across various teams. Organon welcomes and embraces your individuality! Reporting to the Customer Engagement Value Team, Commercial System Architect, Team Product Owner is responsible for managing Field Engagement operations team and leading product development in building digital marketing solutions for Organon’s commercial sales and marketing group. This role is the primary point of contact for US Field Engagement solution development and operations support. As a Veeva CRM and Field Engagement technology platform expert, this resource will be partnering directly with In-market technology leads, US commercial Ops leads, Product managers, Managed Service support groups and other members of the technology organization to maintain the smooth operations and keep the delivery predictability of the team to deliver business value.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the point of contact for all Field Engagement platforms Architecture and support for US market.

  • Lead Veeva CRM development and support activities for the US Sales and Marketing Operations team.

  • Support US call center – Customization and integration of Salesforce Service cloud.

  • Manage DevOps team of four to five developers, testers and business analysts following SAFe Agile practices.

  • Actively participate and develop solution architecture for the Field Engagement solutions.

  • Manage all stages of product development including sprint planning, system and user testing as well as product release management.

  • Translate business requirements into technology solutions by effectively communicating the technical possibilities and constraints to stakeholders.

  • Meet SLAs for platform support including, but not limited to, Veeva CRM, Veeva Nitro, Veeva Align and other integration services.

  • Develop and Own Quality metrics for the release deliverables.

  • Participate in quarterly Program Interval (PI) planning and act as the Team product owner for the Field engagement US DevOps team.

  • Measure product performance as well as value delivered to clients and adjust, where necessary.

Required Education, Experience and Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in software engineering, Computer Applications or related discipline.

  • Ten plus years of relevant work experience with experience in a product support lead/product owner role preferred.

  • Product certifications - Veeva, Certified SAFe Scrum Master, SAFe Product Owner Certification etc., is a plus.

  • Must have ten plus years of field systems support experience in life science, sales and marketing functions including knowledge of Market Access.

  • Strong understanding of complex business problems and the ability to identify and interpret business need into technology solutions.

  • Demonstrate experience of integrating commercial Field engagement solutions into a sales and marketing ecosystem such as Veeva CRM, Salesforce Service cloud, Market Access Tools and Salesforce Marketing Cloud.

  • Advanced knowledge of agile development methodologies including SAFe practices.

  • Demonstrated ability to manage field engagement systems support for large field force (> 500) meeting SLAs.

  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

  • Direct and motivate the product development teams.

  • Experience in use of AI to increase team productivity and operations quality.

Annualized Salary Range (US)

$125,400.00 - $213,100.00
