Retail Team Lead - Cranberry chez Steel City Brand

Steel City tells stories. We are looking for someone who is passionate about retail and ensuring that our team is telling the right story. You are obsessed with the customer experience, you always lead with a great attitude and you always want the best for our customers and team. This person will be responsible for the execution of day-to-day operations and leading the part-time Sales Team at our Cranberry location.

Here's what you'll need to be able to do:

• Drive daily sales goals by keeping team members focused and engaged
• Run the day-to-day operations of the store
• Ensure that the sales floor and back rooms are clean, restocked and merchandised properly
• Manage Inventory
• Assist with hiring and training Sales Associates 
• Work with Retail Manager to plan in-store events
• Always find ways to improve processes
