You will be responsible for ensuring that projects are finished successfully within the designated time frame and budget. This encompasses project governance, the creation of budgets and timelines, operational preparedness, and the readiness of the completed project for launch.
How you will contribute
You will:
- Lead materials planning agenda with respect to all the changes on ingredients/packaging side during project “Monet” execution across brands and categories.
- Represent the planning team in I2M space and support the full and safe materials transition across the bakeries
- Serve as main POC for the business and operations, build the transition plans and ensure alignment with brands and leadership
- Be responsible for materials inventory transitions, run-in/out plans, be accountable for waste and service delivery
- Connect the materials owners on brands with the project team agenda and timing, ensure materials start-up and project readiness
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders (BD,R&D, Quality, Operations, Procurement, etc.) and external partners (suppliers, EM’s etc.) to ensure full e2e visibility is provided and sites are equipped with materials to transition
- Provide centralized communication to senior leadership and stakeholders on all RPW aspects relating to project “Monet” transition and materials planning, execution, and coverage for continuous production. Serve as point of escalation for materials availability topics, risks, priorities.
- Support materials planning pillar according to Mondelez global and regional ways of working and procedures. Facilitate engagement initiatives across materials planning and e2e teams.
- Ensure critical KPI deliveries - Cash flow, CFR, Waste, Productivity, asset utilization, project startups, and others.
- Deliver performance against approved master and detailed schedules and long-range plans with respect to material requirement plans using system tools
- Help and support ongoing transformational and technical initiatives with regards to materials planning systems, tools and processes.
- Participate and lead continuous improvement and process automation agenda for the HQMM team. Bring strong analytical skillset in a space of planning systems and technical reporting tools. Adopt IL6S-Integrated Lean 6 sigma ways of working and work on Supply Network capabilities to drive value and loss elimination.

- Comprehensive supply chain, economic, financial or logistics experience and strong business acumen ideally within an FMCG/CPG environment
- Open to learn new ways of working and willing to be hands-on in using data and systems
- Experience in driving supply review and participation in an IBP cycle
- Able to influence cross-functional teams, working on the key priorities and improving the plan
- Able to build effective teams
- Knowledgeable about leading practice supply planning and end-to-end supply chain concepts
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and verbal and written communication skills

Hybrid position- average of three days onsite at our East Hanover, NJ Office.
*The base salary range for this position is $95,100 to $130,800; the exact salary depends on several factors such as experience, skills, education, and budget. In addition to base salary, this position is eligible for participation in a highly competitive bonus program with possibility for overachievement based on performance and company results.
