Service Technician for an established Case IH dealership.

Experienced troubleshooter in electrical, hydraulic, mechanical, engines, and drivetrain systems. Can solve problems quickly and fix issues in a timely manner.

Job Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair equipment
• Document repair notes referencing customer, equipment, serial number, and hours
• Instruct customers on operation and maintenance of equipment
• Navigate and search dealer portal for information
• Make sure correct parts get ordered to complete job

Qualifications

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED
• Automotive/Diesel Certifications a plus
• Computer Skills
