Duties & Responsibilities:
Conduct comprehensive assessments of inbound Insights opportunities, evaluating potential programs to ensure alignment with company goals and capabilities
Design innovative, customized service solutions by leveraging industry knowledge, best practices, and a deep understanding of client business objectives
Scope solution costs, considering resources, time, and technology to provide accurate estimations that support project planning and budgeting
Oversee prototype development to showcase proposed service solutions, creating functional and visually compelling examples that demonstrate capabilities
Communicate the value proposition of solutions to prospective clients with clear, persuasive messaging that highlights benefits, unique features, and competitive advantages
Translate project requirements into SOWs with clear work components, milestones, deliverables, and deadlines to enable smooth execution by services teams
Skills, experience, and characteristics:
7+ years of relevant business experience in PR/Comms Measurement, Media/Social Intelligence, Digital Research, Digital Marketing, or Market Research with proven success
Commercial experience with Fortune 1000 companies
Strong client-centric mindset with ability to understand and support business priorities and needs
Proven ability to build strong client and colleague relationships
Strategic, curious thinker able to ask thoughtful business questions and translate requirements into benefits-driven solutions
Proactive problem-solver with creativity and adaptability; thrives in change
Ownership mindset with dedication to client and company success.
Collaborative and open to feedback
Strong presentation, written, and verbal communication skills
Adept at supporting clients across diverse industries
Strong aptitude for understanding media and social intelligence technology and maximizing its impact
Experience consulting on methodologies, solution design, and best practices
For Individuals based in New York, Illinois, Colorado, Washington, and California, Cision is required to disclose a salary range for this role. This compensation range is specific to these states, however base pay may vary depending on a range of relevant factors.
