About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced IT Architect (Data & Business Process) to support modernisation efforts in the healthcare industry, with a focus on public health laboratory systems. This role is ideal for professionals with strong expertise in business process analysis, data analysis, and healthcare IT reporting solutions.

The Architect will play a key role in enabling secure and efficient data exchange, creating robust reporting systems, and ensuring that IT services meet the evolving needs of healthcare and laboratory operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead business and process analysis activities; formalise system and workflow requirements.

• Provide data analysis and reporting services using Microsoft SSRS, Power BI, SQL, and related tools.

• Develop and maintain technical documentation, workflows, and process models.

• Support reporting and data exchange between healthcare systems, labs, and partner organisations.

• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders (IT staff, analysts, healthcare professionals).

• Ensure compliance with healthcare IT standards and best practices.

• Provide on-site IT support and act as a liaison between technical and non-technical teams.

• Deliver weekly project updates and maintain reporting accuracy.

Must-Have Requirements:

• 5+ years of data analysis with Microsoft SSRS, Power BI, or similar tools.

• 3+ years of business and process analysis, including system requirements definition.

• Strong healthcare IT exposure (public health, clinical labs, or healthcare data exchange).

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, SharePoint, and Visio.

• Strong communication, documentation, and stakeholder engagement skills.

• Valid US work authorisation (USC, GC, or GC EAD).

• Demonstrated job stability.

Strict No-Gos:

• Candidates unwilling to work onsite in Exton, PA.

• Candidates without valid US work authorisation.

Nice to Haves:

• Experience with healthcare reporting standards (LOINC, SNOMED, HL7, etc.).

• Laboratory or public health domain knowledge.

• Prior State, Federal, or Local government project experience.

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.

Engagement Details:

• Hours: 40 hours per week, onsite in Exton, PA.

• Contract Duration: 9 Months (Oct 2025 – Jun 2026, extendable).

• Contractor Pay Out: USD $48 – $52 per hour.
