Role PurposeSymphony is pivoting into AI-first digital consulting. The Digital Project Lead is a client-facing, delivery-focused role responsible for bridging business priorities with technical feasibility. The role requires both consulting craft and technical fluency, ensuring Symphony delivers outcomes, not just outputs.

Own client interactions and stakeholder alignment, ensuring confidence at every stage.

Facilitate executive-level sessions, workshops, and governance forums.

Set the tone for communications and drive structured, outcome-oriented delivery.

Translate business objectives into actionable delivery roadmaps.

Partner with senior stakeholders to shape strategy and product direction.

Identify risks early and proactively course correct.

Guide deliverables to reflect client priorities, market context, and business outcomes.

Collaborate with product managers and business leads to define product strategy and positioning.

Ensure delivery outcomes align with broader business goals and customer needs.

Support clients in evaluating trade-offs across product, market, and technology.

Frame recommendations that combine consulting insights with practical product execution.

Shape team structures and delivery models for business impact.

Partner with technical and functional leads to balance scope and delivery.

Mentor and support consultants and junior delivery leads.

Establish ways of working that build client trust and ensure repeatable success.

Qualifications:

5–8 years combined engineering and consulting experience (e.g. started in software/data/platform engineering before moving into consulting/delivery).

Strong technical depth demonstrated through:

Architectural Awareness – understanding enterprise and cloud-native architectures, and how systems scale and interact.

Integration Strategy – experience defining API/integration approaches across SaaS, data, and legacy environments.

Data Strategy – ability to shape data models, pipelines, and analytics strategies aligned to business outcomes.

AI/ML Fluency – awareness of practical AI/ML applications in enterprise (segmentation, forecasting, automation, generative AI pilots).

Track record of AI-enabled transformation projects.

Hands-on builder mindset thrives in ambiguity, credible with both execs and engineers.

Strong consulting skills: client-facing presence, structured delivery, stakeholder management.

AI practitioner mindset: curious, experimenting with tools, applying AI in practice.
