- Experience with lead generation tools such as ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, etc.
- Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Canva, Final Cut Pro etc.
Technology & Support Responsibilities
- Manage, support, and train on CRM/POS and lead generation platforms used by franchisees.
- Troubleshoot technical issues related to software, systems, and connectivity; escalate to vendors as needed.
- Deliver training (via webinars and occasionally in-person) on marketing platforms, CRM systems, and digital marketing tools.
- Track and document technical issues in a support ticketing system, ensuring timely and thorough resolution.
- Collaborate with the tech department on system improvements, platform integrations, and R&D initiatives.
- Monitor franchisee compliance with system standards (marketing fund, CRM usage, tech tools).
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn Business Manager, Google Workspace, etc.
Bachelor's degree (B. A., B.B.A., or B.S.) or equivalent from four-year college or university; or Associate's degree (A.
