HOLIDAYS AND PTO FROM DAY 1 - NO WAITING PERIOD!

As a CNC Electrical Maintenance Specialist - AWS-Weekend shifts DAYS, you will perform mechanical, electrical, and systems troubleshooting, repair, and preventive maintenance on equipment. This role is for experienced individuals in industrial manufacturing maintenance looking to advance into specialist or leadership roles.

We offer relocation assistance and a $5,000 sign-on bonus to qualified candidates.

Location: Lafayette, Indiana

Job Type: Full-Time

Compensation: $47-$51 DOE

Schedule: Friday-Sunday (7:30 AM-7:30 PM), working 3-12-hour shifts, paid for 40 hours.

Requirements

Desired Qualifications:

- Up to 3 years of experience in a similar role

- Basic mechanical and electrical skills

- Ability to work independently or with a team

- Must have a valid state driver’s license and a dependable vehicle

- High school diploma or equivalent

Responsibilities:

- Perform mid-level to expert level break-fix & preventative maintenance

- Support and back up other team members as directed by leadership

- Update records in CMMS

- Perform basic welding tasks

- Set up and operate simple machining operations

Physical Demands and Working Conditions:

- Regularly required to stand, walk, and use hands/fingers

- Occasionally exposed to outside weather conditions and risk of electrical shock

- Work is typically performed in a factory environment and is usually very loud
