The Role
We are looking for a highly organised and proactive Studio Resource Coordinator to lead all aspects of the internal production operations of our London-based studio. This pivotal role sits at the intersection of creative, production, project management, and operations - ensuring seamless coordination and consistency in the delivery of high-quality content, on time and on budget.
Key Responsibilities
Handle production schedules, timelines, and resources, including Statements of Work, POs, and supervising resourcing across the creative team.
Support and maintain updates across project management platforms (e.g. Monday.com), ensuring accurate project documentation and closure.
Book travel, accommodation, and support logistics such as project folder setup and system access for freelancers.
Track and maintain a freelancer database and issue weekly production communications.
Support producers with location research, permits, and on-the-ground logistics.
Supervise and report on production pipeline, workload, and delivery status via revenue trackers.
Handle supplier onboarding, PO creation, and other production administration tasks.
Lead all aspects of internal resourcing and availability for the production team.
Serve as the production team's central point of contact, collaborating closely with freelancers and vendors.
Required Skills and Experience
Previous experience in production coordination, resource management, or operations support (ideally within a media, publishing, or creative agency environment).
Familiarity with production workflows and content processes.
Strong Google Sheets/Excel skills and solid understanding of project management tools (e.g. Monday.com).
Excellent organisational skills with strong attention to detail.
Experience raising POs and working with finance teams remotely.
Ability to handle multiple priorities and work to timelines within a fast-paced environment.
Clear and confident communicator, both written and verbal.
Proactive problem-solving perspective with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
Desirable
Experience working in international or matrixed organisations.
Familiarity with content management systems.
