STUDENT MINISTRY DIRECTOR chez Woodside Bible Church

Student Ministry Director – White Lake Campus

Woodside Bible Church is seeking a Student Ministry Director for our White Lake Campus to lead and grow ministry for students in grades 4–12. This role provides vision, leadership, and pastoral care for Student Ministry and Club 45, helping students discover and follow Jesus Christ in a Christ-centered community.

The Director will:

• Lead weekly gatherings, events, retreats, and outreach opportunities.

• Build meaningful relationships with students, parents, and volunteers.

• Recruit, equip, and disciple a strong volunteer leadership team.

• Partner with campus staff and the multi-site Woodside Students team to align strategy and mission.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree required; ministry or Christian education training preferred.

• Experience in Student Ministry (grades 6–12) and/or upper elementary (grades 4–5).

• Strong communicator and relational leader with a passion for discipling the next generation.

• Demonstrated spiritual maturity, integrity, and alignment with the mission and values of Woodside Bible Church.
