Licensed Practical Nurse / Certified Medical Assistant / Medical Assistant

Location: Keystone Family Medicine – Fifth Avenue
Schedule: Full-Time | Monday–Friday | No weekends or holidays

Keystone Family Medicine is seeking a dedicated LPN, CMA, or MA to join our team. In this role, you will support providers in delivering high-quality, patient-centered care by assisting with clinical tasks, maintaining accurate documentation, and ensuring smooth patient flow. Key Responsibilities

• Room and discharge patients, including obtaining vital signs and updating medical histories.
• Administer vaccines and medications as directed.
• Perform point-of-care testing and support lab/diagnostic tracking.
• Manage medication authorizations and referrals as needed.
• Document accurately in electronic health records (EHR).
• Collaborate with and provide support to fellow nurses and providers.
  
  

Qualifications

• Experience with EHR required.
• Previous office nursing experience preferred.
• Current CPR/BLS certification required.
• LPN applicants: Active LPN license.
• CMA/MA applicants: Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) or graduate of a Medical Assisting program.
• Spanish-speaking skills a plus.
