    Job Description:

    Wynn Las Vegas is seeking a talented and creative Content Creator to develop and execute high-quality, engaging content across our organic and paid media campaigns. This position requires a motivated individual with at least 3-5 years of experience in-house working for a brand, at an agency or a production studio. This role will be responsible for producing content that reflects the luxury, sophistication, and energy of the Wynn brand. Through a strategic, data-informed creative process, the Content Creator will transform real-world experiences into compelling digital content that the Marketing Team can utilize in various advertising campaigns.

    This position will report in person to our Las Vegas corporate office.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Edit raw footage into clear, compelling narratives for Meta, TikTok, YouTube, etc.
    • Enhance edits with motion graphics, transitions, text overlays, and title sequences.
    • Perform color correction and grading for visual consistency.
    • Crop, adjust and add text overlays to images as needed.
    • Collaborate with creative directors, producers, and other team members to bring concepts to life.
    • Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining consistent quality.
    • Stay on top of current social media trends and technology such as A.I.
    • Collaborate closely with marketing, brand, and on-property teams to identify content opportunities.
    • Maintain the tone, look, and feel of the Wynn brand while pushing creative boundaries.
    • Work closely with the Social Media and Advertising Team’s to analyze platform metrics (engagement, impressions, conversions, etc.) to assess content effectiveness and refine creative strategies as needed.
    Qualifications:
    • 3-5 years proven work experience editing social media content.
    • Applicants are expected to provide a professional portfolio to discuss in detail during the interview process.
    • A bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, English, or a related field is preferred.
    • Understanding of basic paid media metrics
    • Proficiency with video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro, and DaVinci Resolve.
    • Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team.
    • Strong storytelling skills and an eye for visual detail.
    • Strong sense of narrative structure, visual pacing, and rhythm.
    • Solid understanding of audio editing, music licensing, and basic motion graphics
    • Familiarity with photography and editing still images. Experience with Photoshop and Illustrator are beneficial.
    • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
    • Experience working in a fast-paced creative environment, agency, or in-house production team is preferred.
    • Strong background in content creation, editing, and digital storytelling.
