We’re looking for motivated, people-oriented individuals to join our car sales teams in Greenville and Washington. At Pecheles, we’re proud to represent some of the most respected automotive brands in the industry, including Audi, Ford, Hyundai, Toyota, and Volkswagen.

You don’t need years of sales experience to succeed here. If you have a great attitude, solid communication skills, and a passion for helping people, we’ll provide the training to set you up for success.

We’ve found that people with backgrounds in hospitality, retail, customer service, or other people-focused roles often make some of the best Sales Associates. If you enjoy connecting with others and learning about exciting new products, this could be a great opportunity for you.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide superior customer experiences by delivering professional, engaging, and knowledgeable vehicle presentations
  • Successfully demonstrate vehicle technology and features
  • Engage in continuing education and learning opportunities
  • Meet sales and productivity goals
  • Apply training to aid customers in vehicle selection and make recommendations
  • Accurately track and follow up with all leads, prospects, and tasks utilizing the company provided software and technology
  • Inspect inventory regularly and report concerns

 

Qualifications:

  • Be driven, outgoing, and eager to learn new skills to meet & exceed sales goals
  • Commitment to excellent customer service, including ability to create & maintain customer relationships
  • Availability to work flexible hours, including Saturdays (5 days/week)
  • Excellent record for consistent attendance and punctuality
  • Maintain professional attire and appearance
  • Valid Driver’s License
  • Clean driving record
  • Willing to submit to a pre-employment background check & drug screen
