Opus Inspection, a software and electronic hardware-driven global leader in the Automotive Technology Service industry, is seeking a Temporary Recruiter to assist in the following functional areas: recruiting, onboarding, orientation. This position may last from 3 to 6 months.
Location: 7 Kripes Rd, East Granby, CT
Schedule: Mon-Fri 8:30a-5p (hybrid available after training)
Pay: $22-26/hr
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Manage the hiring process through sourcing candidates, scheduling interviews, making offers, and onboarding new hires.
- Manage job postings on various job boards to ensure up to date and accurate information as well as adequate candidate flow.
- Source active and passive candidates through various recruiting software (ADP, LinkedIn, Indeed etc.)
- Source potential candidates through various channels (e.g. social platforms and professional networks)
- Plan interviews and selection procedures, including screening calls, assessments and in-person interviews
- Keep updated candidate information, including resumes, contact details and process tracking, using our Applicant Tracking System
- Design job postings that will attract the most candidates and interview questions that reflect each position's requirements
- Manage current candidate activity in the applicant tracking system (ATS)
- Manage application/resume file and retention according to company policy
- Assist in other areas of Human Resources which may include benefits administration or other administrative based projects.
- Actively engage with managers and supervisors on the recruitment for open positions.
- Conduct recruitment efforts for all exempt and nonexempt personnel, student and temporary employees.
- Participate in administrative meetings, attends other meetings and seminars as needed.
- Maintain compliance with federal, state and local employment and benefit laws and regulations.
- Other responsibilities as assigned.
