- Coordinate and maintain contractual deliverables for clients and subcontractors.
- Ensure data accuracy and integrity across all project documentation.
- Champion best practices in data management and help implement efficient processes.

Responsibilities
- Working very closely with all project departments (Engineering, Planning, Production, Programs, Project Management, etc.) to assist with their document/data needs.
- Preparing/maintaining Contractual Deliverables to/from our clients & subcontractors.
- Maintenance, transmittal, tracking and archiving of AOPS & HSL documentation.
- Maintaining data quality & alignment for incoming and outgoing documentation.
- Using various information databases to conduct queries and reports.
- Printing of controlled Production job packages and configured project drawings.
- Configuration System subject matter expert and auditing.
- Assisting in the implementation of best practice data management processes.
Qualifications
- 2 years of experience in an administrative position.
- Experience in Manufacturing/Engineering sectors is an asset (preferably Shipbuilding).
- Technical Certification/College Diploma or equivalent combination of education and experience in Document Control and/or Data/Information Management.
- Understanding of Product Data and Document Management Database Systems.
- Strong computer skills/experience with knowledge of the following Programs is a requirement: MS SharePoint, MS Excel, MS Access, MS Word, MS Outlook, and Adobe Acrobat.
Due to the nature of work Irving Shipbuilding does, all successful applicants must meet requirements for the Canadian Controlled Goods Program (CGP), Canadian Government Security clearance, and U.S. International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR).
Please note this position requires a full-time, in-office presence.
