Responsibilities:

You are on a journey to join an exciting Company and be part of our success story. Here we will equip you with the know-how and experience that will define your growth. In this role that you are about to embark on, you are required to carry out the following responsibilities:

1. Operate in the Chip Production area, observing the equipment and field indicators and carrying out maneuvers to maintain the proper operating conditions of the equipment, informing the panel operator of operating conditions and/or abnormalities.
2. Carrying out continuous improvement initiative strategies in the area.
3. Providing support in chip quality analysis, in accordance with the plan (or carrying out analysis when necessary).
4. Changing knives and other consumables for the chippers and grinders in the area, maintaining adjustments and the appropriate dimensional quality.
5. Assembling and disassembling shredder and chipper parts according to pre-established procedures.
6. Monitoring operational parameters in the field, with a view to ensuring the continuity of the operational process.
7. Carrying out periodic inspections and operational routes on equipment and installations, recording and reporting irregularities to the Panel Operator, opening Service Orders and/or calling in the maintenance shift and/or correcting the fault detected.
8. Carrying out blockages, drains and clearances necessary to carry out maintenance and/or operational services.
9. Maintaining safety standards in the production process, following the defined technical procedures, informing the Panel Operator of any deviations.
10. Preventing, monitoring and mitigating environmental impacts.
11. Keeping collective and individual tools in good working order, recording any deviations and contributing to the proposed control methodology.
12. Respond to internal and external audits of the process, whenever required.
13. Record process data in accordance with available procedures and systems.
14. Contributing to the preparation and review of operating procedures, work instructions and process records.
15. Checking the routine execution of service providers in the Chip Production process.
16. Carrying out low-complexity corrective maintenance in accordance with the list of activities for autonomous maintenance in the area.
17. Carrying out training for their role whenever called upon.
18. Taking process samples for analysis, in accordance with the plan.
19. Carry out the activities of their job in accordance with technical standards, quality procedures, cleanliness, organization, work safety and the environment.
20. Carry out other activities related to those described above, compatible with their personal condition and as requested by their immediate superior.
