Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced VisionPLUS MBS SME/Developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of working on multiple MBS projects, demonstrating deep expertise in VisionPLUS MBS systems, and providing innovative solutions to complex banking and financial services challenges.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for VisionPLUS MBS applications, providing technical guidance and best practices.
- Develop, customize, and enhance VisionPLUS MBS modules to meet project requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, analyze business needs, and design effective solutions.
- Lead end-to-end MBS project implementations, including testing, deployment, and support.
- Troubleshoot and resolve system issues related to MBS modules.
- Conduct training sessions and knowledge-sharing activities for team members and end-users.
- Stay updated on the latest developments in VisionPLUS MBS and related banking systems.
Required Skills and Experience:
- Extensive hands-on experience with VisionPLUS MBS, with a strong understanding of its architecture and functionalities.
- Proven track record of working on multiple MBS projects, delivering solutions end-to-end.
- Strong development skills with proficiency in VisionPLUS MBS customization and integration.
- Good understanding of banking processes, card management, and related financial services.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment under tight deadlines.
