Position Summary
This role offers an exciting opportunity to shape the future of our brands in India. As a Brand Manager, you will lead the development and execution of marketing strategies that drive growth and customer engagement. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful campaigns and ensure alignment with global strategies. Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategic and operational brand plans based on customer insights and market trends.
- Design and execute innovative marketing campaigns that align with global strategies and local market needs.
- Collaborate with sales teams to provide tactical marketing support, including training, promotional materials, and campaign execution.
- Analyze business data to identify opportunities for growth and improve customer engagement.
- Engage with internal and external stakeholders to gather insights and translate them into actionable strategies.
- Monitor brand performance and ensure alignment with business objectives.
Qualifications/Skills
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 4 years of experience in marketing, preferably in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry.
- Strong analytical skills and experience working with business data.
- Proven ability to manage projects and deliver results.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Master’s degree (MBA) in Marketing or Business Administration.
- Experience in multichannel marketing and digital campaigns.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively across teams and manage stakeholders effectively.
Work Environment:
This role is based in India and will require on-site presence with occasional travel.
