Job Description:The Publishing Analytics & Data Intelligence team is responsible for implementing and coordinating reporting for Ubisoft's Business entity to track sales and Marketing KPIs for the Group's brands. The team also handles quality control, monitors development, and integrates new datasets necessary for business operations.
Within this team of about twelve people, primarily based in Europe, Canada, and the United States, you will be involved in:
- Participating in and then fully taking over a number of performance reports (tracking preorders and launches, ad hoc events on our live games, global reporting, etc.);
- Contributing to the continuous verification of data quality and the reliability of shared tools;
- Collaborating on our continuous improvement process, both in terms of report content and their UX and ergonomics;
- Contributing to the development of new activity measurement tools;
- Supporting the Publishing teams in their performance analysis and reporting needs, particularly through the creation of Tableau dashboards.
You will also be required to carry out similar tasks for the Market Intelligence teams on an ad hoc basis.
Qualifications:- You are pursuing higher education with a specialization in Data, Computer Science, or Engineering;
- You ideally have some initial experience in Data Analysis or Visualization, whether in an academic or professional setting;
- Strong knowledge of SQL and proficiency in Tableau are required. Familiarity with Gen AI would be a plus;
- You are able to communicate and interact in English with international stakeholders, both orally and in writing;
- With your listening, analytical, and synthesis skills, you understand the business challenges the team faces and propose the most suitable technical solutions to meet the needs of our internal clients.

What can I expect during an internship or apprenticeship at Ubisoft?
From your very first days, you will attend a Welcome Session introducing you to Ubisoft, its organisation and your working environment for the coming months. Your manager and your team will support you on a daily basis, both during your first few weeks and throughout your entire experience!
Once you are autonomous, your tasks will be varied and give you a sense of responsibility, regardless of the type of contract. Working at Ubisoft means working on real projects on a day-to-day basis.
A dedicated Teams group will also allow you to interact with other interns and apprentices.
What is Ubisoft’s work policy?
We embrace a hybrid work model helping you stay connected with your team and aligned with business priorities, while giving you the opportunity to maintain your work-life balance. Note that some roles are fully office-based and are not eligible for hybrid work.
Under our hybrid working model, you will work three days a week at our offices and will be able to work from home up to two days a week.
