About the Role
We are seeking qualified contractors to fulfil the role of a Sales Development Representative, who will be responsible for identifying and generating new business opportunities through outbound prospecting and inbound lead follow-up. The SDR will work closely with the sales and marketing teams to qualify leads, set up meetings, and contribute to the overall growth of the company. This role requires excellent communication skills, a proactive attitude, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. This opportunity is open to individuals located in Atlanta, GA and/or surrounding areas.
Contractors will be engaged and paid by a third-party payroll supplier, BC Forward, which will serve as the employer of record for tax and compliance purposes.
Key Responsibilities
Core Duties:
The SDR will be responsible for conducting research to identify potential leads, reaching out to prospects via phone, email, and social media, and qualifying leads based on specific criteria.
Deliverables or Project Scope:
The SDR will be expected to achieve monthly and quarterly lead generation targets, maintain accurate records of interactions with prospects, and provide regular reports on lead generation activities and outcomes.
Collaboration Tools or Platforms:
The SDR will utilize various tools and platforms such as CRM software, email marketing tools, and social media platforms to manage and track lead generation efforts.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 6 months experience in sales, customer service, sales training, or sales internship
Preferred Qualifications
- 6-9 months of calling experience
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

Compensation Disclosure
Compensation for contractor roles supporting Accenture is determined by the contractor’s employer BCforward, and varies depending on factors such as location, role, skill set, and experience.
As required by law, below you’ll find the reasonable range of compensation BCforward expects to pay for this role. We accept applications on an on-going basis and there is no fixed deadline to apply.

Compensation Range: $22.12 - to $22.12
