Part-time position, located in Mars, PA.

 

Typical hours Sunday 9:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m., Monday 4:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m., Thursday 4:00 p.m.to 8:00 p.m., Saturday 4:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m.

Responsible for supporting reception, customer service, and clerical needs of the center. This shall include all duties related to job tasks as assigned by the manager and includes positive communication/interaction (problem solving) and telephone operations. Adheres to company’s administrative and departmental policies and procedures including but not limited to safety and confidentiality.

Qualifications:

Receptionist, Customer Service Associate qualifications include:

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
• One year related experience and/or training.
• Working knowledge of computers, Microsoft Word and Excel required.
